Q. Aspen has been known for decades for its broad and unique selection of jewelry. What makes your jewelry selection one-of-a-kind?

A. The jewelry selection at Aspen is one of my favorite aspects of the store. We have an option for every budget and occasion — whether you are celebrating a friend’s birthday, an anniversary or getting engaged. We carry a broad range of fashion jewelry if you are looking for a statement piece to pull a look together or an everyday pair of earrings. Some of the jewelry brands are legacy brands that have been in the store for years, including Tiger Mountain, Saraswati and Ayala Bar to name a few. We also have new brands, including Porter Lyons with their diamond and gold stud earring designs, Brigitte Regula, who makes romantic woven stone necklaces with glass lockets, and Theia with delicate pieces that make statements all on their own.

Aspen Boutique’s newest large collection is our estate fine jewelry with over 300 pre-owned pieces, including Rolex watches for men and women, and a selection of jewelry from the early 1900s to present day, featuring diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, rubies, and even the occasional rare gemstones such as alexandrite! Lastly, we have an extensive collection of local jewelry artisans that we love to show off at Aspen Boutique.

Q. Tell us more about your local jewelry designers?

A. Currently, we carry about 10 local jewelry designers, including Rocky’s Hardwear by Rachelle Ablah, Essential Elements by Leah, Judy Lawson, Lamzy Divey, Amy Lea, Collin Allen, Val Brown, Rose Magnolia Designs, I Am Threads by Rebecca Simpson and Art on Tap by Greg Gifford. Their creations are quite unique. Some are amazing metal-smiths and others handcraft their pieces with colorful beads, leather and wood.

Q. Estate, vintage and antique jewelry are timeless pieces that recently have become quite popular. What are some of the unique pieces in your Estate Fine Jewelry Collection?

A. Without question, our estate fine jewelry is where the serious bling is in Aspen Boutique. Popular items are the pre-owned Rolex watches, which have become difficult to find, and our selection of diamond engagement rings features old European cut diamonds that sparkle like nothing else! We also have favorite designer pieces, including Chanel, Cartier, Tiffany & Co. and Harry Winston. It is easy for everyone to pick out something that they love in this section of the store!

Q. What treasures will customers find at Aspen Boutique for that special someone for Valentine’s Day?

A. To make shopping easy, we have pulled a special selection of Valentine’s Day jewelry that spans all the styles, including some beautiful sterling lockets, Pyrrha necklaces, heart-shaped earrings and travel jewelry boxes.

Q. Since February is the month of romance, what special sales or promotions will Aspen Boutique be offering in celebration of love?

A. From February 3 through February 17, Aspen will be running a progressive winter sale in celebration of the month of galentines and valentines, which includes a discount up to 30% off on clothing, shoes and non-jewelry accessories. Additionally, all jewelry, including estate fine jewelry, fashion jewelry and vintage jewelry will be 10% off storewide.
